Position Summary
Kirtland Credit Union (KCU) is in search of a strong executive to join the credit union in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Working with the Chief Executive Officer, this position serves as a member of the senior management team and participates in the planning and implementation of the strategic direction of the credit union to ensure financial stability commensurate with the best interests of the members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a working knowledge of the fundamentals of the banking and financial industry including finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, ALM, and strategic planning. A Bachelor’s degree is required, CPA designation is preferred. Seven to ten years of similar or related experience, with at least five of those years in a senior leadership position in a financial or related organization is required.
