Position Summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking a talented and strategic Vice President of Finance to join the senior leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this talented individual is responsible for leadership of the finance department.  Interacting with the CFO, other executive leaders and the board members, this role has full discretion to implement and find solutions to unique and challenging problems in managing the balance sheet to help support the tactical and strategic direction of the institution.  Responsibilities include (but not limited to) overseeing profitability, Asset Liability Management (ALM), cash/treasury management, expense management, budgeting & forecasting, and loan/deposit pricing. The VP will have membership at the Board level committee(s), including Asset Liability Committee (ALCO).  A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree or a CFA/FRM designation is desired. A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset/liability management (ALM), financial planning and analysis, balance sheet management, credit and/or treasury management functions within a financial institution.
