Director of Mortgage Lending
Industrial Credit Union is searching for a dedicated individual to join our credit union in the role of Director of Mortgage Lending. Working under the Vice President of Lending, this candidate will oversee the credit union’s mortgage originations, processing, underwriting, closing and servicing functions, while ensuring the department provides service excellence and meets the credit union’s goals and expectations. This role will be responsible for maximizing efficiencies, and maintains the credit union’s risk tolerance, as well as ensuring the department adheres to all lending policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and regulations. Other duties include achieving department objectives of efficiency, productivity, and compliance while developing a culture of teamwork and engagement. A Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 5-7 years experience in overseeing all aspects of mortgage lending.
