Position Summary
Healthcare Employees Federal Credit Union is searching for its next President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in tandem with the Board of Directors, this executive will focus on establishing and executing major goals and objectives and financial stability corresponding with the best interests of the members, the employees, and the organization. The chosen candidate will exhibit strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as demonstrate success in leadership, organization growth, succession planning, and Board relationship experience. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required, CPA or MBA is preferred. A minimum of seven years of executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.
