President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
Gulf Winds Credit Union is searching for an experienced and well-rounded executive to lead the credit union as their new President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in collaboration with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for achieving the overall goals and objectives included in the strategic plan, maintaining the credit unions’ financial health and stability, and ensuring the credit unions’ mission and vision are upheld. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership and motivational skills, be an energetic team builder, and lead organizational change while building consensus. A Bachelors degree is required, CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years of executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry.
