Position Summary

Gesa Credit Union is searching for a seasoned individual to fill the role of the Chief Financial Officer. Working with and reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO will plan, coordinate, and direct all operational and strategic activities of the accounting, finance, analytics, and incentive management functions of the organization. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, monitoring the Credit Union’s performance, and developing an annual operating budget. Collaborating with the executive management team, the CFO will support and contribute to the Credit Union’s strategic plan by recommending, developing, and implementing cost-effective solutions and revenue-generating products and services. This position oversees the Credit Union’s data and analytics initiatives and works with other departments to develop strategies to best serve the membership. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent leadership, team building, and innovation skills and can communicate complex financial information across all levels of the organization. A Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of related experience are required, as well as 5 years in a senior management.  Graduate Degree Preferred. Financial services experience highly desired. This is an onsite position in Richland, Washington.

An excellent competitive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate.

The hiring range is $165,000- $275,000.
