President/Chief Executive Officer
Foothill Credit Union is seeking a distinguished executive with proven performance to lead the credit union as its next President/Chief Executive Officer. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with the credit union’s Board of Directors and executive to create and implement strategic goals and objectives in accordance with the organization’s vision and mission. Additionally, this role will oversee all operational activities, maintain the credit union’s fiscal health, ensure excellent member service, and conform to all state, federal, and regulatory laws and policies. Motivational leadership, effectual teamwork, and a strong sense of integrity are critical to this role’s success. The ideal candidate must exhibit all of these qualities and have a passion for servicing the financial needs of our members. 7 to 10 years of executive leadership at a financial institution and a Bachelor’s degree are required – an advanced degree in a related field is desired.
