President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
First U.S. Community Credit Union is searching for an accomplished financial services executive to direct the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, they will provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership in all credit union functions. The successful candidate will oversee the full range of business activities including policy development, staffing, budget, operations, planning, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be inclusive, collaborative and will exhibit exceptional leadership. The CEO will be community and membership focused and have a proven track record of leading organizational growth. A Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.
