Chief Experience Officer
First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive to join their senior management team as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO.) Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will help lead efforts to deliver First Commonwealth’s mission to empower the pursuit of financial happiness. This executive will focus on execution of the strategic plan as it relates to our Member Experience (Retail Delivery and Financial Center Operations, Contact Center, Membership Growth, Business Development, Community Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, Consultative Sales, and Member Relationship Management.) Responsibilities include continuing the transformation of our member experience which started with a totally reinvented retail channel (open concept, social banking model using ITMs to supplement universal bankers with financial counseling certifications) and a conversion to a state-of-the-art digital channel. The CXO will collaborate on developing annual and long-range plans for the credit union. Bachelors degree with ten years of experience in customer experience transformation (with some in banks or credit unions) and seven years progressive management experience are required, Masters degree preferred.
