Position Summary
First Commerce Credit Union is seeking a seasoned credit professional to join the organization in the capacity of the Senior Vice President/ Chief Lending Officer. Working in collaboration with the CEO, this position will be the lead in the development and growth of the credit union’s lending function and loan portfolio to best serve the credit union’s membership and meet the organizations strategic goals. The CLO will implement policies and products that meet the needs of the membership, while maintaining the credit union’s safety and soundness and complying with all relevant rules and regulations. A Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of fifteen years experience within the lending or credit functions of a financial institution, and seven years of management experience are required
