Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer
First Commerce Credit Union is in need of a strategic executive to lead the credit union in the role of Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer. Working in collaboration with the CEO, this position will be the lead in evolving the credit union’s strategic planning process and collaborating with the executive team to develop goals, tactics, and measurable metrics to best serve the credit union’s membership,. The CAO will ensure the alignment of human resources, talent development, and advisory boards with FCCU’s strategic needs, as well as the company’s culture, vision, and purpose. The CAO will innovative leader who understands how this role can influence the success of the organization across all departments . A Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years experience with a concentration in human resources and organization development.
