Position Summary
Dominion Energy Credit Union is seeking a seasoned and highly motivated individual to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the credit union while ensuring the continuation of steady and sensible growth. The individual in this role will exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, exceptional leadership qualities, and possess the ability to inspire and motivate peers and colleagues and have a passion for providing excellent member service. The ideal candidate will have served successfully in a leadership role within the financial industry or have at least seven to ten years’ similar or related experience. Bachelor’s degree required.
