Position Summary
Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU), a state-of-the-art financial institution with a digital-first focus, seeks a seasoned financial services executive to lead their progressive organization as President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in tandem with the Board of Directors, this individual will provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership in all credit union functions. The successful candidate will have a history of leading successful, innovative organizations with state-of-the-art technology offerings and delivery channels. Regulatory compliance and financial stability are minimum expectations at DCU, with an emphasis on creative problem-solving, inventive members solutions, and intuitive product offerings. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA/CPA and/or advanced degree preferred. Fifteen years of executive management experience within a financial institution exceeding $3 billion in assets are required.
