Position Summary
Digital Federal Credit Union is searching for a dynamic lending professional for the role of Vice President of Consumer Lending. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with an innovative approach to leadership and product development. The position requires experience with marketplace and alternative lending, loan sales, participations, and securitizations. A proven track record of mobile lending is essential. This role is responsible for ensuring the execution of DCU’s strategic goals, leading and developing an exceptional team, and a phenomenal member experience. Bachelors degree in business or marketing is required, MBA preferred along with a minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience managing the lending function of a large financial institution.

DCU was chartered in 1979 by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), one of the fastest growing computer companies in the world.
