Card Services Manager
Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) is searching for a detail oriented financial professional to join their team as Card Services Manager. Reporting to the Director of Support Services, this individual will manage the daily operations and strategic direction of the Card Services Department. Duties include managing the card dispute process for debit, ATM, and credit cards considering regulatory requirements and timelines, efficiently managing volume, and continually seeking to optimize processes. This role will be responsible for staying abreast of industry knowledge and best practices, recommending product enhancements related to card services, leading initiatives to implement approved recommendations, and overseeing the instant issuance of cards and maintaining stock securely. A Bachelors degree or its equivalent in coursework or training is required, along with 5 years of management experience and 5 years progressive experience in financial institution operations.
