Diamond Credit Union has initiated its search for a visionary executive to follow in the footsteps of their long time CEO. Working in tandem with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all credit union activities in accordance with established policies, overseeing organizational performance, and ensuring financial stability with the best interest of the membership, employees, and credit union in mind. The successful candidate must be innovative and strategic and exhibit exceptional financial acumen, leadership, motivational, and people skills. Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field is required, MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or banking industry is required.
Diamond Credit Union was originally organized in 1947 to serve the employees of Spicer Manufacturing Company in Pottstown, PA. Today, it is a $910 million-dollar community-chartered credit union with seven full-service branch locations that provide financial services to those who live, work, or attend school in Berks County and the Tri-County Region of Southern Pennsylvania. Diamond has a long history of achieving new goals, both as a credit union and as a member of the community.
