Vice President of Operations
Diamond Credit Union is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Vice President of Operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for the credit union’s back office operations including card services, member service support, and risk management efforts which include internal audit, fraud and compliance. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP of Operations will assist in the strategic planning process, achieving the credit union’s the long and short-term goals and objectives, and maintaining the organization’s financial health and stability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills with strong back office experience. A Bachelors Degree along with at least seven years in senior leadership role within the credit union or retail banking industry is required. A Juris Doctorate is desired.
Diamond Credit Union was originally organized in 1947 to serve the employees of Spicer Manufacturing Company in Pottstown, PA. Today, it is a $776 million-dollar state-chartered credit union with seven full-service branch locations that provide financial services to those who live, work, or attend school in Berks County, Pottstown, and parts of Montgomery and Chester counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
