Vice President of Lending
Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Vice President of Lending. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for the credit union’s lending functions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP of Lending will assist in the strategic planning process and achieving the credit union’s long and short-term goals and objectives and maintaining the organization’s financial health and stability. This individual will provide strategic direction and leadership to the Lending Department, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This talented executive must have exceptional leadership ability and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, A combination of education and seven or more years of experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.
