Chief Lending Officer
Del-One Federal Credit Union has been recognized as a Top Workplace and Delaware’s Best Credit Union five consecutive years. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Chief Lending Officer that possesses the following qualities: innovator, motivator, collaborator, active in the community, and has a servant’s heart. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the chosen candidate will have oversight of consumer lending, mortgage lending, a robust indirect auto lending program, and a niche commercial lending portfolio. This individual will champion Del-One’s member advocacy culture in its lending program, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, monitor portfolio concentrations and performance, collaborate with Marketing and Innovations Departments, and serve as a member of the ALM Committee. We work hard, play hard, and put the member owners of Del-One at the forefront of all we do. Candidates must have a minimum of 7-10 years of lending management experience; or 3-5 years of senior lending management experience. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
Del-One Federal Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative that has been serving its members throughout the state for over 50 years. Dover is the county seat of Kent County, and is the second-largest city in Delaware. It is located along the St. Jones River in the coastal plain and is the proud home of the Dover Air Force Base. Dover is the host of two NASACAR race weekends which happens in spring and early fall.
