Chief Information Technology Officer

Position Summary
Deere Employees Credit Union is searching for a strategic and results oriented executive to fill the role of Chief Information Technology Officer. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the credit union’s technology infrastructure and communication systems, ensuring optimal member service delivery and overall credit union growth. Responsibilities include designing, selecting, and implementing technological systems to streamline operations and optimize strategic benefits. The ideal candidate will be a team oriented leader with exceptional communication skills and a successful history of mentoring and building a high performing IT team. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is required, along with a minimum of eight years related experience, preferably in the financial services environment.
