President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
CSE Federal Credit Union is in the search for a knowledgeable executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for achieving the long- and short-term goals and objectives as established in the strategic plan and maintaining the stability and health of the credit union. The President/CEO is expected to lead and develop an experienced, qualified staff to ensure exceptional products and member service. The ideal candidate will be a motivational leader, a team builder, and knowledgeable of applicable State and Federal rules and regulations. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably, in business and/or finance and a minimum of ten years of executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry are required. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Canton, Ohio is located in Stark County, Ohio, about 60 miles south of Cleveland and was established in 1805. Canton is famous for being home to the Football Hall of Fame and its proximity to the largest Amish and Mennonite community in the nation.
