Position Summary
CSE Federal Credit Union is in need of a visionary executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for setting and achieving the overall goals and objectives included in the strategic plan, maintaining the credit unions financial health and stability, and for ensuring conformance with all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and motivational skills, be a team builder, and ensure excellent member service. A Bachelors degree is required, as well as a minimum of 5 to 7 years executive experience within the credit union field.
