President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
Credit Union of Richmond seeks a seasoned executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. Working with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for developing and accomplishing credit union goals and objectives. The selected candidate will provide leadership, direction, and guidance of credit union activities, evaluate and improve organizational efficiencies, as well as develop and retain an effective staff focused on member service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a broad knowledge of the operations within a financial institution. A Bachelors degree and five to seven years of management experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry are required.
