Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary
Credit Union of New Jersey is searching for a qualified executive to help lead the credit union in the role of Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer. Working with and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will be responsible for achieving the financial goals and objectives included in the strategic plan, maintaining the credit union’s financial health and well-being, and ensuring conformance with all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent leadership, team building, and innovation skills in order to lead their departments to meet and exceed the credit union’s strategic goals. The ability to communicate complex financial information across all levels of the organization is essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required, CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of five years executive experience within the credit union and/or retail banking industry.

Community Profile
Mercer County, New Jersey, home to the capital Trenton, sits along the Delaware River, midway between Philadelphia and New York. The area dates back to at least 1719 and boasts a rich history, playing a crucial role in the Revolutionary War.
