Senior Manager, Operational Controls & Compliance
Credit Human is searching for an experienced executive to join their team in the role of Senior Manager, Operational Controls & Compliance. Reporting to the Chief Services Officer, this position will ensure integrity in the design, development, and stewardship of Internal Audit, Compliance, and Information Security Risk Analysis toward achieving the long-term vision and strategic goals of Credit Human and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide advisory and monitoring services for enterprise-wide operations to ensure proactive and value-added operational effectiveness with Credit Human policies, as well as local, state and federal regulations. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field is required, Master’s preferred. A minimum of seven years’ experience in a management capacity as well as compliance management in financial institutions is preferred. Knowledge of Internal Audit Management and Information Security Risk Analysis is preferred.
