Senior Vice President of Branch Services, Sales, and Operations

Position Summary
CoVantage Credit Union is searching for a detail-oriented executive to join their team as Senior Vice President of Branch Services, Sales, and Operations. This role will oversee the primary retail delivery of lending and deposit services, along with the resource center, and CoVantage Credit Union Retirement and Investment services for the credit union. This individual will provide supervision and leadership to the entire branch network, resource center, and CRIS staff. Other responsibilities include ensuring members receive outstanding value and exceptional service regardless of delivery channel, the credit union achieves its financial and growth goals and objectives. Working in collaboration with the Executive Vice President Chief Retail Officer, this position will develop long-term strategies and tactics to ensure CoVantage meets its mission while remaining financially strong. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field along with a minimum of ten years experience in performing management and retail functions in a financial institution is required. Postgraduate education in business or IT field preferred. NMLS registration or be in good standing to be approved in accordance with the SAFE Act required.

Antigo, Wisconsin, often referred to as “The Gateway to Wisconsin’s Northwoods” is the county seat of Langlade County. Here, quality of life is a priority, where families want to raise their children and neighbors look out for one another. Recreational activities abound with over 800 lakes, 200 streams, nearly 400 miles of trout streams, and 200 spring ponds, the surrounding area has many outdoor activities available such as hiking, biking, skiing, and snowmobiling. The Antigo area offers a weekly farmers market as well as a yearly ice fishing tournament.
