Chief Financial Officer
Community Financial Credit Union is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive management team. Reporting to the President/CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the financial affairs of the credit union to ensure its growth, safety, and soundness. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative, and financially savvy individual with vision and leadership characteristics necessary to ensure continued outstanding financial performance. This role requires strong management, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills. Additionally, demonstrated hands-on collaboration skills to produce desired results, and proactive strategic planning skills. The role is responsible for asset liability forecasting, providing financial reports, working closely with internal and external auditors on regulatory compliance, managing secondary residential market pipeline sales and managing the overall budgeting process. A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required. A minimum of five years’ of financial services experience, minimum of five years’ of financial management experience and two years’ of leadership experience required.
