Coastal Federal Credit Union has an outstanding opportunity for an innovative leader to guide and manage the strategic direction of the credit union. With over $4.6 billion in assets, the Board of Coastal Federal Credit Union is looking for a chief executive who will continue to drive the momentum of managed growth while retaining the credit union’s strong financial presence in the communities it serves. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive who is well versed in strategic leadership, exhibits strong motivational skills, is a team builder, and can lead organizational change while building consensus. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, possess charismatic leadership qualities, and provide support to enhance the technology and product offerings currently provided to the membership. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry is required.
