Vice President of Mortgage Operations
Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented executive to join their team as Vice President of Mortgage Operations. This position will lead the mortgage lending operations teams to include underwriting, processing, and funding/closing. This role will be responsible for creating a workflow that enables an exceptional member experience, maximizes efficiencies, and maintains the credit union’s risk tolerance, as well as ensuring the department adheres to all lending policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and regulations. Other duties include achieving department objectives of efficiency, productivity, and compliance, while developing a culture of teamwork and engagement. A Bachelor’s degree along with at least 3-5 years experience in mortgage lending leadership, preferably underwriting, processing, and closing is required.
