VP of Loan Servicing and Asset Recovery
CFCU Community Credit Union is searching for an experienced financial services executive to fill the role of Vice President of Loan Servicing and Asset Recovery. Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to servicing the credit union’s loan portfolio, as well as the collections of delinquent loans. The successful candidate will work with the leadership team in setting and implementing the strategic objectives of the loan servicing and asset recovery functions. The Vice President of Loan Servicing and Asset Recovery will also be a member of the Participation Lending Committee. This talented executive will have exceptional leadership skills with hands-on experience in developing and managing highly successful loan servicing and collections departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of related experience and extensive knowledge of loan servicing, collections operations, and regulations surrounding the two. Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.
