Position Summary
Century Federal Credit Union is searching for a well-rounded executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for establishing and executing major goals and objectives for the credit union as well as assisting with strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be goal driven, member service oriented, and foster a team environment. This role will guide and direct credit union activities, analyze and evaluate operational effectiveness, and develop and maintain organizational structure. This individual must have a proven track record of excellence in financial services and be a tactical thinker with solid financial and business acumen. A Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance or related field is required, advanced degree preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry required.
