Vice President of Human Resources
Andrews Federal Credit Union is searching for a dedicated human resources professional to join their team as Vice President of Human Resources. This position will be responsible for the overall HR functions; including benefits, payroll, recruitment, HR compliance and reporting, as well as staff development and training. This talented individual will lead the vision for the Human Resources Strategy. The successful candidate will foster a workplace cultural environment that is consistent with the mission, values, and guiding principles of Andrews FCU. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three to five years in a senior or management level human resources role is required.
