Vice President of Real Estate
Andrews Federal Credit Union is searching for a talented individual to join their lending team as Vice President of Real Estate. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position will oversee the credit union’s mortgage originations, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing functions while ensuring the department provides service excellence and meets the credit union’s strategic goals. This role will be responsible for maximizing efficiencies, growing the real estate portfolio, and improving the member experience within the department. Other duties include achieving departmental objectives and developing a culture of teamwork and engagement, while complying with applicable policies and procedures. A Bachelor’s degree preferred; or five to seven years experience in overseeing all aspects of mortgage lending.
