Position Summary
Air Force Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources executive to join their senior management team. Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will lead the credit union’s Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for the overall HR function; including benefits, payroll, recruitment, HR compliance and reporting, as well as staff development and training. This talented individual will lead the vision for the Human Resources Strategy while fostering a workplace cultural environment that is consistent with the mission and vision of AFFCU. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of five years in a senior or management level human resources role.
