Position Summary
Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is looking for a well-rounded executive to lead the credit union as President/Chief Executive Officer. Working in tandem with the Board, this role will be responsible for establishing and executing major goals and objectives for the credit union. The selected candidate will provide leadership, direction, and guidance of credit union activities, analyze and evaluate operational effectiveness as well as develop and maintain organizational structure and effective personnel. Other responsibilities include participating in the inception and development of new services and products based on member needs, representing ATFCU to regulatory agencies, Trade Associations, community and civic organizations, members, and other financial institutions. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA/CPA and/or advanced degree preferred. At least ten years of executive management experience within a financial institution is required.
