President/Chief Executive Officer
Stamford Federal Credit Union is in search of an experienced executive to fill the role of President/CEO. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee the operations and strategic direction of the organization, while ensuring the financial health and stability of the credit union. As the face of the credit union, the CEO will promote the mission and vision of the organization, and will ensure the credit union continues to deliver excellent service and products to its membership. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, influencer, and strategic thinker with solid financial and business acumen. This individual will have industry advocacy experience, a proven track record of success, and a minimum of ten years’ experience at an executive or senior management level within a financial institution. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree and industry certifications preferred.
