Our clients commission us to conduct a management consulting project to identify, locate and recruit an individual with a particular skill set and experience profile to fill a specific staffing need. As such, we are bound by a commitment to the client to produce the best overall results, not simply to fill a job.

With D. Hilton Associates, even before the search begins, you know what your fixed costs will be. Many recruiting firms use a contingency or percentage-based fee formula, which means you don't pay for the actual work performed; you pay based on the executive's salary. In reality, there is no correlation between the two. On the other hand, some firms charge a low initial fee and bill you for all related expenses such as telephone calls, faxes, advertising and client visits. This approach violates a major tenet of a retained search-cost containment. At D. Hilton Associates, we charge a flat fee that outlines all fixed costs involved.
