Position Summary
InTouch Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and futuristic individual who will manage the multi-state branch operation while enhancing the sales and service culture of the credit union. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this individual will provide an environment that acknowledges the importance of member relationships while establishing sales/service incentive goals in order to sustain membership growth for its current and future membership base. Must have excellent presentation skills with the innate ability to effectively communicate and cultivate an environment that will inspire staff to reach their highest potential.

On February 16, 2010 EDS Credit Union obtained regulatory approval to officially change its name to InTouch Credit Union. The new name broadens its “common bond appeal” as it looks to enhance its superior financial position through sponsor, member, and geographic growth in the communities served. The credit union was chartered in April 1974 to serve employees of EDS Corporation and their families. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, InTouch Credit Union, with $845 million in assets, currently has 19 locations throughout the United States and will grow to 22 locations in 2010 and up to 28 locations in 2011. Plano is an affluent northern suburb of Dallas, Texas. Located mostly within Collin County, it is the ninth largest city in Texas. Plano is within the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area, colloquially referred to as the Metroplex. Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary, incentive and benefits will be offered to the selected candidate.
Degree Required
Minimum of ten (10) years experience in managing a multi-branch operation plus five (5) years experience in a leadership/management role is essential. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
