Position Summary
CASE Credit Union is conducting a search for a new President/CEO to continue to lead the organization towards key initiatives established by the board of directors. This individual will have a profound understanding of true member service, employee satisfaction and fiscal responsibility from a strategic perspective. Additionally, the board will look to this individual to position the credit union, in a highly competitive market, for sustainable growth. Successful candidate will have keen analytical skills, the ability to identify and execute on sound growth opportunities for the credit union and highly effective managerial skills allowing them to develop a strong management team and enhance credit union staff. Under directives from the board, this individual will ensure a high level of employee morale, drive and diversify membership growth, expand on products and services provided for the members and preserve the legacy of CASE Credit Union as an organization highly involved in the community.

CASE Credit Union was chartered in 1936, and today serves more than 30,000 members with approximately $165 million in assets. The Credit Union is managed under the guidance of a seven-member, volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. CASE Credit Union offers a wide-array of financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, investment options, ATM services, Visa credit & debit cards, direct deposit, bill payment, Call Casey and online banking. The credit union has conveniently located branches and ATMs in Lansing, East Lansing, Grand Ledge, Okemos and Mason. CASE Credit Unions has also received over eight credit union-based awards in the last 10 years and continues to be recognized for its superior rating in financial strength and stability, excellence in education, training, community involvement and for its school partnership program. Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary, incentive and benefits will be offered to the selected candidate.
Degree Required
Ideal candidate will have ten plus years of senior management experience within a successful credit union, proven strategic abilities and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree preferred.
