Position Summary
Boeing Helicopters Credit Union is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide and direct the operations of this thriving credit union. The CEO will determine and formulate policies and business strategies while engaging the Board of Directors in the process. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and knowledge of key principals and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination and execution. Strong financial and business acumen will be needed in order to understand the accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional leadership abilities.

Community Profile
Ridley Park is a borough in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It is named after a place in Cheshire, England and was founded in 1870 by Isaac Hinckley, President of the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad. Ridley Park is notably the home of Boeing Helicopters which is a United States aircraft manufacturer, part of Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, where the only two factories are located in Ridley Park and Mesa, Arizona. Ridley Park is located only 13 miles to the center of Philadelphia. It is also a very active community, which provides events for residents of all ages, which include the Victorian Fair, the Fourth of July Parade, and a summer recreation program. The Ridley Park name rings true because they have over nine great municipal parks where many of these recreational events take place. The Barnstormers Theater is the oldest community theater in Pennsylvania where it hosts plays, special events, and acoustic music concerts. Ridley Park is big enough to be a quality residential community, but small enough to maintain its rich heritage and tradition.
Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be offered to the selected candidate.
Degree Required
Master’s degree from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
