Position Summary
First Financial Federal Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive and innovative executive management team as the Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this individual will be responsible for overseeing assigned functions and participating in the development of the strategic planning and budgeting process. The Chief Financial Officer will be a key contributor to the overall profitability and growth of the Credit Union and will act as a financial advisor to the President and CEO and other key members of the organization. This position will be responsible for directing and coordinating the overall financial planning, budgeting, ALM modeling, investment strategies and risk management while facilitating and ensuring optimal economic performance. Ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data and investments.

Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary, incentive and benefits will be offered to the selected candidate.
Degree Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, advance degree or CPA preferred. Five to ten years related banking or credit union experience plus five years supervisory experience a must.
