Position Summary
Security Service Federal Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic executive to manage the overall operations of the member services area for the Central Texas Region located in San Antonio. This newly created position will provide strategic direction in support of a member sales and service culture within the Central Texas Service Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational training, career pathing and overall employee development to ensure consistency throughout the organization. Additionally, this role is responsible for instilling a culture that acknowledges the importance of fostering member relationships and sustained membership growth. Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in a financial institution, sales or comparable environment, five of those years in a supervisory or management capacity. An understanding and knowledge of lending, including credit analyses of financial information and administration of loan documentation a must.

Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
Degree Required
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred.
