2009 National Employee Opinion Study

D. Hilton's 2009 National Employee Opinion Study examines the opinions of more than 10,000 credit union employees captured over the past five years. The study details 76 questions historically asked of credit union employees by D. Hilton.

The analysis was taken from D. Hilton's proprietary employee survey database and includes a range of questions in the areas of working conditions, job content, management, communications, morale, supervision, advancement, compensation and benefits (view the table of contents).

In addition to result frequencies, each question is broken out by region, year surveyed and asset size. The report will provide readers with a strong benchmark for assessing their credit union’s performance in the area of human resources.
