STRATEGIC MARKET PLANNING

Essential to the success of your credit union marketing efforts, a strategic marketing plan is the road map that helps lead you to your organizational goals. We work closely with your senior managers to develop the strategic marketing plan, from which all marketing initiatives should be developed.

A typical strategic marketing plan reviews your credit union's strategic corporate goals and then aligns those goals with marketing initiatives to help you reach them. Content might include MCIF or member data analysis, identification of opportunities and challenges, tactical execution recommendations, budget guidance and a calendar outlining campaign timelines.
