Vice President, Risk Management

Position Summary

Bay Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated individual to join their executive team. The Vice President, Risk Management will direct the organization’s enterprise risk management program, overseeing the Internal/External Audit Activities, Compliance, BSA/OFAC Reporting/Administration, Corporate Insurance Coverage, Litigation and Legal Reviews, Contract Review, Vendor Management, and Investigations. This position will monitor the organization’s risk profile and execute risk management strategies to support the short and long-term goals, stability, and growth, implementing and reviewing for compliance using adequate internal control structures to enhance the ability to successfully serve the membership while minimizing risk. This talented individual will act as the liaison between the credit union and the Supervisory Committee. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business, Law or related discipline is required, with five to ten years of work experience in risk management related to financial institutions.
