Marcus specializes in project management, executive recruiting and career enhancement. Marcus plays a critical role in coordinating the executive recruiting team and leads the team in the development and execution of executive search strategy. In addition to his project management responsibilities, Marcus is also responsible for the training and development of an aggressive recruiting staff. Prior to joining DHA, he held key roles in recruiting and business development for rapidly expanding search firms in the financial services, information technology, and engineering industries. Marcus received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Tennessee State University.
