Janice ShislerSenior Vice President, Executive RecruitmentJanice has extensive experience in the areas of executive recruiting, project management and human resources. For the past eight years, she has worked as one of D. Hilton Associates' project managers overseeing the Executive Recruiting department. Under her leadership and direction, the Executive Recruiting Team has successfully placed credit union executives throughout the financial services industry across the country. Janice has been involved with the overall strategic direction of the department as well as employee relations, compensation analysis, recruitment and retention. In addition to her recruiting experience, she is experienced as a Human Resources Director, specifically within the healthcare industry. Janice attended New Mexico State University and received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Phoenix in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
