Debbie HiltonExecutive Vice President, Retention and Retirement
Debbie specializes in retention and retirement planning and executive compensation and benefits analysis. Prior to working with DHA, she served as an institutional money manager and broker for tax-exempt organizations. Since joining DHA in 1996, Debbie has been instrumental in implementing more than $750 million in retention, retirement and compensation plans for credit union industry CEOs and senior managers. Since 1999, more than 300 credit unions have contracted with DHA to consult on existing supplemental executive retirement plan viability, as well as the design of market competitive retention programs. Through her work in executive recruiting, she has helped credit union clients in realizing the importance and benefit of retention programs in attracting and retaining key employees. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Houston and maintains the NASD Series 7, Series 63, Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance licenses. She is currently pursuing her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and Certified Financial Planner designations. |
