Carmen Beard, Vice President Market Research has worked with credit unions large and small providing qualitative and quantitative member research, site selection analysis, and MCIF analytics. She has also completed hundreds of charter conversions with populations of over 2.6 million. Carmen brings 20 years of experience to D. Hilton Associates in product and service research, analysis, definition, design, development and marketing. She has worked exclusively in the credit union industry for the past 10 years, focusing on strategic market research and charter conversions. Prior to joining D. Hilton Associates, she worked for a major computer manufacturer as a product manager responsible for designing, producing and maintaining cutting-edge computer products.

Carmen has a Bachelor of Industrial Administration in marketing from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) and a MBA in computer management from Houston Baptist University.
